At Cairy, we are here to guide you on your journey towards sobriety with compassion and understanding. Our step-by-step program consists of eight parts that provide you with the knowledge and tools to uncover the root of your addiction and take control of your life.

We understand that addiction is often the result of deeper issues, and our program is designed to help you identify and address these underlying problems. Our approach is based on scientific research, combined with insights from wisdom traditions and practical exercises.

Through our program, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns. By learning to be present and aware, you will be able to break free from old habits and make conscious decisions that align with your values.

Understanding the Root Causes of Our Behaviors and Actions:
Navigating Your Inner World for Lasting Change

In our program, we help you gain an understanding of why you behave and act the way you do, and why you may try to avoid or escape certain feelings and places within yourself. You will learn how to navigate your emotional life, thought patterns, behaviors, and relationships. By becoming fully aware of your attitude, motivation, and self-esteem, you will discover a new, deeper level of self-awareness.

 

We address and confront difficult emotions such as shame, grief, and anger, which often underlie the desire to escape. The goal is to pause, turn inward, and unravel exactly what it is that you are running away from. When we have cleared out the baggage, we can start repairing ourselves and making amends in our relationships with those around us. With self-insight and understanding, we can truly grow and become better people. Through our program, you will gain the tools to confront your suffering and begin your new life!

Keeping Your Head Above Water

This module focuses on motivation, the nervous system, trauma, and managing cravings. Understanding your window of tolerance is key to staying on track towards long-term sobriety.

Finding Peace Within Yourself

This section will teach you techniques to alleviate anxiety and insecurity by tapping into the energy of your heart. As you heal past traumas, you'll feel more grounded and centered.

Befriend Yourself

At the center of your life is the relationship with yourself. In this module, we explore the obstacles and opportunities on the path towards a more supportive and loving relationship with ourselves.

Handle what sabotages

In this module, we'll turn our attention towards what sabotages our peace of mind and discuss how to prevent relapses.

Set course towards a brighter future

Now you're building the new version of yourself! The one who continuously develops new skills, increases self-awareness, and creates habits worthy of a winner.

Exploring who I am

What do we really mean when we say "I"? Are we referring to that voice in our head that, along with strong emotions, creates drama and leads us astray? We take a closer look at the ego and explore ways to work constructively with our emotions.

STEP 7

Healing Tender Wounds

Broken bones that heal together become stronger than they were before. It is in our wounds that the light can find its way in. How can we turn our setbacks into our greatest assets?
